G2G3 and Sureskills are sure of a positive partnership
Press release from: G2G3
(openPR) - Edinburgh, April 21, 2011 - G2G3 (g2g3.com), the leading provider of business simulations and serious games, has announced an exciting new partnership with SureSkills, one of the most significant systems integrators in Ireland offering a wide range of training and IT services.
SureSkills (sureskills.com) has licensed the PoleStar IT Service Management (ITSM) simulation from G2G3 to add value to its comprehensive training and services portfolio.
PoleStar ITSM from G2G3 is a highly interactive ITIL simulation, which brings to life the challenges of implementing Service Management best practice in the context of a realistic and exhilarating scenario. This unique and experimental learning approach creates accelerated understanding of Service Management and transforms learning into an engaging, energetic and highly memorable shared experience. PoleStar ITSM was the first ITIL simulation in the world to be based around the latest version of the Service Management best practice framework; the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3.
With over 17 years of experience, SureSkills is the largest independent training and IT services organization in Ireland. SureSkills’ suite of offerings comprises IT training (including Microsoft, ITIL and Prince2), IT services (including infrastructure and systems migrations and data lifecycle management) and Business Skills training, supplied through a unique, integrated learning approach, which ensures that relevant courses and support are offered to clients. SureSkills training division provides a comprehensive course catalogue alongside a bespoke training solutions service.
Mark Ross Sutherland, CEO at G2G3 commented: ‘We are delighted to welcome SureSkills to our global partner network. Simulations are fast becoming a powerful tool in terms of adding practical reinforcement to learning experiences. We are confident that SureSkills and its clients will benefit greatly from the addition of the PoleStar ITSM simulation to its extensive training and services portfolio.’
Ruaidhri McSharry, Director Service Management at SureSkills stated: “SureSkills as a leading Service Management Service provider believe our relationship with G2G3 and use of the PoleStar ITSM simulation will provide our clients with a dynamic and real world active learning and communication method to see the value of service management in all business and throughout all business. Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
