roTeg AG shows intelligent control at Hannover Messe
Press release from: roTeg AG
(openPR) - coordinated movements potentiate shared operation area and high performance
The proprietary developed control software for the PARO® palletising robot was supplemented by a further feature by roTeg AG. Synchronous motion sequences with other robots or the conveying system are now possible and make the system even more flexible.
In this context, the PARO®-Control software applied for the PARO® palletising robot coordinates motion sequences with other robots or with its associated periphery. This even facilitates the application of two robots on one ground axis. So far the linear operating plants have been making use of separate ground axes for movements in the operation area.
The operation of two robot plants on one axis opens up new applications through the even more compact construction and the increased total operating performance of the collectively working robot cell. This compact solution offers new applications especially to smaller and medium-sized production plants with minimal space conditions.
The system’s premiere at HMI processes two differing product types. One part of the plant places a small-freight carrier on a moving conveyor by means of a special gripper from the production line of roTeg AG. Simultaneously, the second arm of the robot system grabs a box and places it accurately in the small-freight carrier.
The cooperation of robots is applied in the commissioning of packages as well as in operation areas with high cycle rates.
The roTeg company has been active in the field of robotics since 1993 and has grown to be a specialist for palletising technology due to the innovative ideas of its motivated staff. A further focus lies on special-machine construction for power-plant technology and automation solutions in explosive refinery areas. Well-known companies of all sectors have been profiting from the solutions developed by the creative engineering team and manufactured by the in-house production.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
Gabriele Ketterl,Director Marketing & PR, Menads
