Mr. Allred has extensive experience in representing public and private clients in merger and acquisition matters. He also regularly advises clients in venture capital, search fund, corporate governance, securities law and distressed acquisition and divestiture transactions. Mr. Allred is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He was named a “rising star” by Thomson Reuters (2005-2008, 2011).
Mr. Allred received his B.A. from Weber State University and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
