The Banker Middle East Product Awards, organized by CPI Financials, recognise banks and financial institutions that are shaping the future of finance in the Middle East and North Africa. Meanwhile the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) award, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, recognises organisations in the UAE for achieving service excellence under various categories.
