(openPR) - Global Academy Online, Inc. announced today the appointment of Professor Morley Chertkoff as Special Consultant and Director of the Academy’s China and Canadian Education Development programs.

Chertkoff’s duties include Project Manager and Principal of Sino-American Bridge Consulting Group, a division of the Academy. Chertkoff will also serve as an advisor to the Academy’s China Team for development of articulation agreements between Asian and North American universities. The China Team is the budget and funding compliance manager of the Global Academy Online joint Shaolin Temple-Zhengzhou College of Economics and Entertainment Arts Research Inc., global education project.

Mr. Chertkoff is a lifelong educator and professor with over 19 years of combined higher education teaching and administrative experience in both North America and Asia. For the past five years, Chertkoff has served as the Director of International Studies at Zhengzhou College of Economics in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, People’s Republic of China. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, a Master of Ministry and Education and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Fundraising.
