(openPR) - DALLAS – Personal injury attorney Robert Wolf of Dallas’ Rasansky Law Firm has earned a spot on the 2011 Texas Rising Stars list of the state’s top young lawyers.

Mr. Wolf, who has practiced at the Rasansky Law Firm since 2001, has tried numerous cases to verdict during his legal career, including one notable matter where the jury sent a note asking the court: “Is there an amount we could award that would be considered excessive?”

Texas Rising Stars recognizes lawyers like Mr. Wolf who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing law for 10 years or fewer.

Texas Rising Stars honorees also must be vetted to confirm that they’re in good standing with the State Bar of Texas with no history of disciplinary actions.

Mr. Wolf has argued cases in many Texas state district courts in addition to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He focuses his personal injury practice on significant cases involving day care abuse, medical malpractice, birth injuries, vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, and defective products.

As the founder of the Rasansky Law Firm, Mr. Rasansky is widely considered one the country’s top personal injury attorneys based on significant courtroom verdicts and settlements for clients, including recognition in local, statewide and national publications.
