Bru’s Room Sports Grill will be opening two more restaurants in 2011, bringing their portfolio to 10 locations. The new restaurants will be in Stuart, Florida opening in May 2011 and Pembroke Pines, Florida opening in July 2011.

For 21 years, Bru’s Room Sports Grill has won over South Florida locals in their eight Broward and Palm Beach County locations with their award winning wings and ribs and now plans to expand the family once again reaching further north into Martin County and south moving closer to Miami Dade County.

Expanding the Bru’s Room brand further south helps to capture more of the Miami sports fans who flock to Bru’s Rooms to watch their hometown team. “Our guests have been requesting a location in Miami Dade County and we are currently exploring options to find the right fit. For now, the Pembroke Pines market is a perfect match for our brand, which includes young families, sports enthusiasts and some older diners as well,” says Barbara Gobbi, Director of Marketing. However, the growth of a northern location puts the brand in a market in need of something fresh, new and different to that area.

The atmosphere at Bru’s Room Sports Grill has something for everyone. Bru’s Room Sports Grill was recently named “Best Sports Bar” in South Florida by Sun Sentinel readers. Their motto, “Great Taste is Just the Beginning” illustrates the diverse array of activities available for guests to enjoy while dining at a Bru’s Room location. Sports fans love watching their favorite game on one of dozens of TVs indoors or in the expansive outdoor bar. Bru’s Room’s menu also includes Gluten-Free and vegan dishes for more healthy conscious diners.

Bru’s Room Sports Grill is owned and operated by Eddie Hauck and Bob “Bru” Brudzinski, former linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. Bru’s Room Sports Grill currently has 8 locations in Broward and Palm Beach counties in Pompano Beach, Sunrise, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Delray Beach, the Village of Royal Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, and is scheduled to open its 9th and 10th location in Stuart and Pembroke Pines in May 2011 and July 2011 respectively.
