Custom Connect Delivers Connectivity Solution to Mtel with 100% Up-Time Guarantee

Amersfoort, The Netherlands – March 1, 2011 - Custom Connect, a global reseller of high-performance network solutions, today announced the delivery of Ethernet connectivity to Mtel, a specialist in call center and self-service solutions. It concerns a 1G private transparent Ethernet connection between Amsterdam and Rotterdam in The Netherlands. The connection utilizes full redundant entries at both datacenters and ensures the highest possible availability and scalability.

Custom Connect designed and delivered a connection that facilitates Mtel’s growth in the hosted call center and hosted PBX markets. A large emphasis was placed on service availability, which was realized by expanding to more datacenters as well as by making all services available from multiple locations. The connection is backed by an uptime service level agreement from Custom Connect of 100%, something which is unique within the telecommunications market.
