MORE VEHICLES THAN EVER BEFORE AT NAIDEX NATIONAL
Press release from: Naidex National
PR Agency: CAS Marketing
With over two million registered disabled drivers in the UK, the Car Zone at Naidex National is sure to be a big hit with visitors. Taking place at the NEC Birmingham, April 5 – 7, Naidex National promises to be the one national event not to be missed by disabled people, their families and carers.
Many of the UK’s leading manufacturers of wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) including Adapted Vehicle Hire, Aspect Conversions, Brotherwood, Brook Miller, Constables, Hertlands Ford, Lewis Reed and Sirus Automotive will be exhibiting their latest vehicles within the zone. One company using Naidex National to launch a new vehicle is Lewis Reed who will be showing off their latest WAV the Mercedes-Benz Viano, offering an impressive rear entrance height of 52”. Another new vehicle being launched at the show is the Fiat Qubo Driver from Brook Miller.
The Car Zone will provide visitors with a fantastic opportunity to talk to different manufacturers and compare vehicles in one convenient location. Visitors will be able to obtain further advice from Motability with regards to exchanging either their higher rate mobility component of Disability Living Allowance or their War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement to obtain a new car, while the Blue Badge Network will be on hand to offer advice on the concessionary parking permit scheme. Additional advice on all matters related to driving with a disability will be available from Mobilise.
“Converted vehicles are a vital factor when it comes to independent living, and it is essential that people are made aware of all the products out there to make life as simple as possible for them. In addition to researching the latest WAVs in a stress free friendly environment, visitors can also investigate the 1000s of other independent living products on show” commented Event Director Liz Virgo.
