FlyGREEN uses new technology for online flight booking
Press release from: Intakt Internet Services GmbH & Co. KG
Intakt Internet Services uses new technology offering user friendly features for climate-conscious travel planning
Berlin, 9 March 2011 – With the start of the ITB - the world’s leading travel trade show - Intakt Internet Services GmbH & Co. KG, a provider of online travel booking services, today announced the launch of a new technology for online flight booking.
The whole search and booking process has been improved and combines now ease of use with several new features. The website provides faster page loading as well as easy access to the platform Atmosfair. This website enables users to take part in climate protection projects at any stage of the flight booking process.
“The organization of tours and travel, including the flights, should cover at least a part of climate-conscious requirements. This is particularly important to us. We believe that, for instance, domestic flights to and from large airports could be avoided between destinations with a good rail connection. For this purpose FlyGREEN offers a new option. With Rail&Fly users can book train tickets online for their journey to the airport. We hope that many of our customers will use this option,” explains Maren Hinrichs, project coordinator for FlyGREEN at Intakt Internet Services.
Other improvements of website are facilitated entry of date and destination, online booking of open jaw flights, improved list of results considering price, airline, and stopover.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
Gabriele Ketterl,Director Marketing & PR, Menads
