Most Comprehensive NC Retirement Community Directory Expands
Press release from: Carolina Aging
(openPR) - The most comprehensive directory of North Carolina retirement communities, Carolina Aging (carolinaaging.com), continues to expand its database of active adult, independent living, and continuing care retirement communities in North Carolina, now with listings for nine of North Carolina’s most populous cities.
Carolina Aging creator William Nutt started the website just a few months into his career in the retirement industry, where he has worked as Director of Communications for developer New Forum since graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009.
“Traditional retirement community guides like Senior Living Guide have made extremely poor transitions to emerging electronic media”, says Nutt, “and newer Internet-based directories charge for listings, resulting in extreme incomprehensiveness.“
He created Carolina Aging to fill the void created by these issues—and people are responding, with visitor traffic snowballing from week to week. The site’s rapid rise in popularity in its brief existence could prove indicative of an authoritative future for Carolina Aging.
Nutt aims to make daily expansions to the database. Upon his completion of active adult, independent living and continuing care retirement communities in North Carolina, he plans to move on to assisted living and memory care facilities in the state. Ultimately, he hopes to provide equally comprehensive listings for active adult, independent living and continuing care retirement communities as well as assisted living and memory care facilities in South Carolina. With successful sites for North and South Carolina.
Serving seniors, their loved ones and retirement industry stakeholders, Carolina Aging offers the most comprehensive, up-to-date retirement community listings available anywhere, online or off. It is the authoritative resource for detailed lists of active adult communities, independent living retirement communities and continuing care retirement communities in North Carolina.
