DALLAS – Dallas-based technology firm Munck Carter is announcing the promotion of attorney Jeffrey M. McPhaul to partner in the firm’s Corporate Transactions and Securities section.

Mr. McPhaul has a diverse practice representing both public and private companies in securities and business transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with federal and state securities compliance, venture capital investments, divestitures, entity formation, Sarbanes-Oxley matters and other corporate governance issues.
