John M. Collard Named Business Leader of the Year by Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce.

The Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce named John M. Collard, Chairman, Strategic Management Partners, Inc., as Business Leader of the Year. The award was presented at the Excellence In Business Awards Ball, hosted by Prince George’s Chamber (www.pgcoc.org), Maryland.
