Global Grill promotion at The Polo Club.Bangalore

This promotion takes off on 7th of February evening at 7pm and continues each evening till 28th of February 2011.
The selection of grills on offer is high quality ingredients like Bavarian meatloaf, corn-fed chicken, lobster, Australian
pork spare ribs and German Bratwurst. However, grills are not just restricted to or enticing for the carnivores, Chef has
hand picked seasonal fresh veggies and dairy products which will find its way in the Vegetarian section of the menu including some fine imported Cheese.
Another draw of this promotion is going to be some unique marinades and sauces researched by our young and award winning
Chef, Jaydeep Patil.

Teriyaki from Japan
Chermoula from the Mediterranean region
