Vulnerability Management Made Easy!

Outpost24 expands across Germany

Outpost24, the Technology Leader in On-Demand Vulnerability Management solutions, today announced that it has opened a new office in Berlin, Germany to service the growing demand for Vulnerability Management and Assessment solutions across the region.

“Our success in the DACH region and Germany in particular has lead to our expansion with another local office. The closeness to our customers has always been strategic for us. With the new office in Berlin we extend our local presence into the German capital and I am sure this will help us grow our customer base significantly." says Tave Chapman, Regional Manager DACH.

Outpost24 has appointed Andreas Friede to head the new office in Berlin. Andreas Friede has extensive and broad experience in offering network infrastructure, software and security solutions with IT security issues having always been in the foreground in conversations with customers and partners, whether for reasons of certification efforts, corporate compliance or simply to increase security levels.

Companies must continue to expand their IT security standards to be better protected from growing threats. With over a decade of sales experience in IT, Andreas Friede takes on his new role with the ability to fully understand the perspective of clients and partners and assist in raising the IT security level while protecting critical corporate networks.

Andreas Friede, Regional Sales Manager for Outpost24 Berlin, was quoted as saying:

“IT managers today are taking on the task of not only maintaining a service level but also ensuring that the security aspects in their organizations are not neglected. In addition to the currently predominantly reactive security solutions in the IT network landscape, a strong trend can be seen that proactive security solutions are becoming more and more important.

Outpost24’s Vulnerability Assessment technology fits perfectly as a solution that effectively implements the proactive security aspect. I am also impressed by the high expertise of Outpost24’s Security Experts and their simple and natural manner in which they handle questions from customers about vulnerabilities by answering them in a comprehensible way."
