Microsoft Project experts TPG The Project Group expand into Switzerland with new subsidiary
Press release from: The Project Group
(openPR) - Matthias Jäger heads up new TPG’s Swiss team of specialists - participation in March at X.DAYS in Interlaken, Switzerland
TPG The Project Group announced today that it set up a new subsidiary in Switzerland at the beginning of January 2011. The new office is being headed up by Matthias Jäger, who was previously managing director of the longtime Microsoft and TPG partner diventis GmbH. Now, the Swiss customers of TPG The Project Group, an international full-service provider for enterprise-wide project management, have access to local TPG project management specialists with a deep understanding of the Swiss market. Customers can meet TPG’s new team at X.DAYS, one of Switzerland’s most important events for IT and business executives, in March in Interlaken. TPG’s Swiss team will be available to discuss new ideas for enterprise-wide, integrated IT solutions for project management based on Microsoft technology.
Following a successful partnership lasting more than five years, the managing directors of diventis and TPG The Project Group, Matthias Jäger and Stavros Georgantzis, have decided to approach customers as a single company. “With Matthias Jäger, we’ve been able to recruit a seasoned manager with a perfect grasp of the project management consulting business and of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management,” explains Stavros Georgantzis. “Our Swiss customers work in future-oriented industries, including pharmaceuticals, energy and banking. Their projects are usually extensive and involve global outreach, making it important for us to provide specialists in close proximity to them.”
Matthias Jäger, now managing director of TPG Switzerland, is also happy with the advantages that his new position brings him and his team: “TPG The Project Group is well-known and recognized internationally in the project management and Microsoft Project areas. With its comprehensive range of add-on products for Microsoft Project Server, its expertise in integration with SAP, and its global presence, we’ll be able to provide our Swiss customers with a much more extensive service.”
Customers can meet members of the TPG Switzerland team at the X.DAYS event on March 16-17 in Interlaken, where they will be showing live demos on their own stand.
