Revamping Mindfire Solutions - Mindfire 2.0, CEO's Vision

We would see a new Mindfire Solutions this year. Every organization has a life cycle comprising of birth, growth, maturity, death and again growth. And today Mindfire is at the growth stage. To sustain and to reach the peak, Mindfire has to expand its business, make radical changes and initiate efforts in this direction. Mindfire's vision for Mindfire 2.0 has been visualized and is ready to be executed.

Currently Mindfire is running with a capacity of 500 employees and is aiming to add up another 500 by March 2011. For this purpose, Mindfire is and would be conducting extensive campus recruitments as well as walk-in interviews throughout India. Talking about infrastructure, Mindfire would be opening its second Advanced Development Center at Bhubaneswar and would also be expanding the New Delhi ADC to accommodate 500 employees. Along with this, Mindfire is aiming to open up two new ADC’s in Bangalore and Kolkata this year in order to face its rapid growth. Construction of Mindfire's Tower of 1000 capacity would be soon commencing and operational by April 2012. Mindfire sees a new work place environment with all cubicles broken down and replaced with open-table agile layouts, where everyone works on laptops and bean bags and sofas scattered in the office. Wii game consoles, napping pods and relax spaces, vibrant colors, LCD screens running mixes of interesting things ranging from the occasional matches to tech videos, all happening at Mindfire 2.0.

Mindfire also visualizes a virtual workforce distributed all over the country, where its employees have the flexibility to work from home either temporarily or permanently. The various training programs started in the month of Dec2010 would enhance the skill levels and quality of work thereby providing better learning and knowledge. Mindfire has plans to establish sales offices in 10 different regions in US/Europe, which has taken the client touch to a whole new level and enabled new relationships of a different scale. Mindfire would be launching BI/DW, ERP and RIM practices by April 2011. The technology oriented SIGs and the System-based focus areas are also been worked upon. Mindfire would also be blazing the trail in innovation. Mindfire Labs would be fully operational and would be delivering 5 innovative products for a better world. As a part of CSR activities, Mindfire would be taking care of the upbringing of 100 children providing them shelter, education and other amenities. Plans have also been made to complete minimum 25 medical camps in various cities.
