CSTB’ 2011 Exhibition: SemiDevices Will Show Digital TV User Solutions Based on STMicroelectronics Chipsets

STMicroelectronics and SemiDevices will take part in the CSTB’ 2011 International Exhibition to be held at the Crocus Expo Center near Moscow on February, 1st to 3rd. It is one of the most prominent events of the year for television and telecommunications technology experts.
The CSTB Exhibition is expected to bring together over 200 companies which will introduce their solutions for pay-based, mobile, cable and satellite television, broadband broadcasting and related technologies. So SemiDevices will present its solutions for digital TV in a demonstration zone of the STMicroelectronics stand. These hardware and software platforms can be used in development of STB for cable and terrestrial digital television. They support work in IP-based networks, high-definition video (HDTV), and can be adjusted to CAS card solutions (conditional access systems).
Visitors of the ST booth will have also a chance to see and try the new and very promising STB solution, developed in a joint cooperation between Semidevices and OceanBlueSoftware, a global leader in software solutions for digital TV.
