(openPR) - December 2010 - Simplicity Debt Collection Software has been listening to the requests of its users and has really added some great features for this latest release some of the newest features incorporated in this software are as follows:

• Ticklers – the ability to set up tickers or reminders on each case and add those ticklers/reminders to your home page. To add ticklers to your home page go to the “settings” menu, click on “user settings”, check the “Show Ticklers” check box, and click on the Set button. Now you should see your ticklers show up each time you log into Simplicity or navigate to the home link. To start adding ticklers, look for the “Ticklers” tab at the top of any open case file.
• Employee Database – under the Simplicity Debtor Details, you will now notice that you can now add employees, manage employees, etc to make managing a debtor’s employees simple.
• Original Creditor – this field has been added to the case details tab. Now you can track the original creditor for a debtor and easily select from a previous list or add and manage new creditors.
• SSN – this field has been moved to the case details tab for ease of use by those managing collections as well as legal actions.
• The ability to assign collectors to individual cases – this feature will allow you to assign individual collectors to a specific case.
• Modified search capability - Be able to search for case/debtor by additional fields like phone number, SSN, name, court number, etc
• Modified Access For Employees- Add the feature to allow administrators the ability to restrict data views when an employee/collector logs. An administrator will be able to specify whether an employee can see all cases, only cases assigned to them, or only cases assigned to a specific client.
