Cisco SSO

Cisco SSO

AMSTERDAM, NL - January 14th, 2011 – The third edition of ALM - the Cisco single sign-on solution for Cisco IP phones - has proven to be a successful update to the existing product. This is supported by the fact that 30% of the current customers have already upgraded their existing user base within two months of the release date.

Since the launch of ALM in 2006, a joined initiative of Spectra Technology Solutions and RSconnect, demand for this specific solution has increased and reseller channels have been established in UK and The Netherlands.

The latest ALM release offers fully integrated support for the Windows Desktop environment and controls the phone login and logout behaviour when users login, logoff, lock or unlock their PC.
Increased security and lower support costs are the main benefits amongst the companies using Cisco Unified CallManager environments.

"Integration with Microsoft Office Communicator is a feature on our wish-list", recently demanded by enterprise customers and is now part of the standard release. Forwarding calls automatically to mobile phones when away is another benefit customers appreciate.

ALM will continue to be expanded with new features requested by their customers, and the 2011 roadmap will bring even more benefits.

More information about ALM can be found at http://www.spectra-ts.nl/ALM
