Mindy Fox Announces New Neurofeedback Therapy Program for Chronic Illness Sufferers
Press release from: Mindy Fox, LMFT Neurofeedback
(openPR) - Mindy Fox, one of the leading neurofeedback therapists in California, announced today a new neurofeedback therapy program that helps chronic illness sufferers manage and reduce stress. For those with chronic illness, stress can exacerbate symptoms. For this reason, suffers should avoid stressful situations if possible. However, that is not always realistic. This new program provides long term stress management without the use of medication or unrealistic lifestyle changes.
“For people who suffer from a chronic illness, pain and fatigue are a part of everyday life. This makes stress management very difficult to execute,” said Mindy Fox, LMFT in Los Angeles, California. “This new program is a long term stress reducing solution that also improves over all mental and emotional health.”
Conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety cause changes in levels of stress hormones and neurotransmitters thereby reducing one’s natural ability to cope with stress. Neurofeedback therapy reminds the brain how to cope with stress. Improving the minds ability to react to stress improves mental and emotional states and also allows one to regulate physical symptoms.
Neurofeedback therapy is one of the most effective treatments for managing stress that is non-invasive and does not require medication. Most experts recommend that the therapy be combined with treatments such as talk therapy.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
