Rope Access Inspection offers the API RP 4G rig survey, which covers the recommended practices for the maintenance and inspection of drilling and well servicing structures, as well as the inspection of substructures, and provides a template for inspection report. Rope Access Inspection will provide this inspection according to API 4G standards and provide recommendations for repair or further inspection.
Rope Access Inspection will use a combination of the above mentioned NDT methods to carry out the API RP 4G surveys, namely eddy current or magnetic particle inspection, according to AWS D1.1 Section 6 surveys (using eddy current, ultrasonic flaw detection or magnetic particle).
Our rope access techniques are extremely safe and efficient alternatives to traditional survey methods such as rafting or scaffolding. We can carry out the work while the vessel is sailing, on tow or when docked during scheduled shipyard visits. Rope Access Inspection is experienced in all aspects of reporting for the classification societies and provides final reports in both soft and hard copy formats.
We understand the importance of collecting the right data in the right way. Our personnel have the necessary experience in all aspects of special surveys.
