(openPR) - On Monday government of Moldova has opened an industrial park in Tzargrad, Drokievsky region on a construction site of a biogas plant owned by Bioenergoagro. Ukrainian subsidiary of ZORG, ZORG Biogas Ukraine is participating in project's construction works.

Valeriu Lazer, minister of economics of Moldova is convinced, the project of biogas plant strengthens country's independence from import of fossil fuels and improves the level of national energy security.

As planned, construction works will be conducted in three stages. With "Bioenergoagro" providing 700 thousands Euro, the overall budget of the project is 25 mln. Euro. The plant will produce 16 mln. m3 of biogas as well as 60 tons of bio-fertilizers per year.

The biogas plant in Tzargrad, Moldova creates over 100 job placements, providing 15 000 Euro/month for the public treasury of Moldova.
