In August 2006, the company announced the formation of a Global Correspondents Network to provide project management-related news and information from around the world and to provide PMForum.org with local representation. Mr. Thibaut Goupil is an engineer employed by KAPPA International Consulting Engineers, based in Paris, and currently providing consulting services for a major pharmaceutical company at the programme management level. Thibaut has a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering (DUT GMP) from Toulon University in France. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Business Engineering from EUROMED Toulon (formerly ESCT) and concurrently finishing a Masters Degree in Project and Programme Management from ESC Lille, with both diplomas expected in 2007. He spent one semester at the Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana, Slovenia (2004) and completed a postgraduate course in Project Management at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) in 2005. He is a member of Paris Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), the Association of Project Management (APM) in the UK, and the Project Management Community of Practice of ISPE, an Engineering Pharmaceutical association.
