ISO 9001 Opens New Doors For teleBIZZ
Plymouth, United Kingdom (19 November, 2010) – teleBIZZ, South West-based contact centre and leading providers of telemarketing services, have seen an increase in new business opportunities after public sector cutbacks.The company holds an ISO 9001 accreditation, which the International Organization of Standardization gives to companies which meet their standards in a number of areas such as quality, reliability and efficiency, which has been a vital component in creating new businesses. teleBIZZ have received two new contracts and have two more in the pipeline due to Tourism budgets being reduced by up to 35%, and the teleBIZZ ‘outbound’ team have taken on the role of selling advertising for tourism guides, helping to generate even more business for the West Country in general.
Meanwhile, the ‘inbound’ team have been taking calls for tourism guides and the mailing side of the business, mailBIZZ, have posted them out.
