FearShop.com Announces Major Black Friday Announcement
Discounts Will Rotate Hourly on the Biggest Shopping Day of the Year
Newtown, PA — November 24, 2010 — Today at the home offices of Internet music and movie apparel retail giant, FearShop.com, it was announced that there would be an hourly rotation of discounts on Black Friday. Discounts will rotate hourly from 8:00 AM EST until midnight and the categories on sale will change, so customers will have to stay tuned to see if their favorite bands or movies will be discounted.
“It will be fun for our customers,” said Miguel Guerreiro, co-owner at FearShop.com. “We have always been about giving our customers what they want. We will be taking requests for which bands and movies will be featured through Twitter and Facebook. We are pulling no punches on this one. The bands and movies featured will be big-time bands. This is not a clearance sale. This is a ‘thank you’ to the best customers in the world.”
The online retailer, which sells licensed apparel from literally hundreds of music bands, focused on the heavier side of music with bands including Iron Maiden, Slayer, Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth, Bathory, Burzum, Opeth, etc., also offers a nice selection of horror movie tee shirts as well.
When asked about the beginnings of FearShop.com, Guerreiro replied, “We saw the prices of shirts at concerts. We also saw how hard they were to get unless you were at a show. The light bulb went off, and we went with it. I always knew that I would not be happy unless my career was focused on my passions, two of which are metal music and horror movies.”
