New management structure to focus on internationalization and strong growth

PAY.ON AG announces new management structure: Markus Rinderer, previously Chief Technical Officer, is taking over the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect. As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Robert Kuzelj concentrates exclusively on sales. Nikolaus Taysen, Chief Operating Officer (COO), continues to lead business development and secure financing for PAY.ON. As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Christian Bamberger is responsible for all IT-related areas of the company.

With this newly restructured management team, PAY.ON intensifies its focus on further internationalization and growth. The company is already one of the leading providers of global online payment and risk management technologies and one of the world's largest processors of payment transactions on the internet.

"A successful company is able to adjust and react to new challenges quickly and flexibly. We have now optimized our personnel resources and are placing greater emphasis on individual strengths. PAY.ON will continue to grow and expand internationally, since we are now better prepared to implement our vision: becoming the largest e-commerce payment transaction processor, with the most prominent network of affiliated merchants and institutions around the world", states Markus Rinderer, new CEO of PAY.ON AG.

Robert Kuzelj, newly appointed CSO of PAY.ON AG, adds: "Our maxim is to offer our customers the optimal infrastructure and the best consulting expertise on the market, enabling them to expand their service portfolio and accelerate their growth. The acquisition of strategic large-scale projects around the world is an extremely challenging and important task. I look forward to focusing completely on this business and on advancing the implementation of our vision.“
