iCARD Systems Presented with U.S. Department of Energy Recognition Award
November 10, 2010 - Fort Lauderdale, FL – United States Senator Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) has congratulated iCARD Gift Card LLC on being awarded with the department’s coveted Recognition Award. iCard Gift Card LLC recently renewed their contract with a Department of Energy entity.iCARD Gift Card LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of iCARD Systems, and operates an online Super Gift Card platform. This platform allows individuals and companies to deliver a personalized and customized eCard with an attached gift card code that is redeemable at 170+ different merchants. iCARD licenses this platform to other companies and also operates as a consumer and corporate gift card solution at http://www.icardgiftcard.com.
“The award comes on the heels of a very successful year for our company,” said iCARD Systems founder Jeff Ehney. “Despite the poor economy, we were able to capitalize on increased use of gift cards for employee recognition, sales incentives, corporate gifts, product rebates, and consumer promotions.”
iCARD continues to provide prepaid Visa cards for corporate promotions, incentives and rebates. The company recently began selling bulk merchant gift cards; many at a discount off face value. iCARD has employees in Fort Lauderdale, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Los Angeles.
