Homburger Selects Clearwell To Streamline E–Discovery Process

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — November 2, 2010 —Clearwell Systems, Inc., a leader inintelligent e–discovery, today announced that Homburger, one of Switzerland’s premier law firms, has implemented the Clearwell E–Discovery Platform for processing, early case assessment (ECA), review and production of electronically stored information (ESI). Clearwell is being used to streamline the e–discovery process as conducted by the Homburger White Collar | Investigations team on matters involving compliance, internal and regulatory investigations, and white collar crime.
