Golden Community Bike Park Grand Opening
Press release from: Native Eyewear
(openPR) - Community mountain bike parks are a relatively new concept that bring the excitement of off-road cycling to city-dwellers of all ages and skills. This weekend we’ll bring the riding to the people with the grand opening of Colorado’s first even volunteer and community built urban mountain bike park – built on underused park land with the power of volunteers, the city and the community.
The day kicks off with a unique ribbon cutting ceremony featuring the mountain bike skills of Mayor Smith and local children. Guests will also have a chance to watch pro-riders in action throughout the day including Ross Milan, Tammy Donahugh and Jeff Lenosky. The experts will show their skills on course and host onsite clinics for local children interested in enhancing their free-riding skills.
