Michael Page International (Germany) GmbH renews WAN deal with mitcaps GmbH for another two years.

Two years back Michael Page International (Germany) GmbH expected much of the cooperation with mitcaps. Today the leading recruitment consultancy characterizes its service provider as „first line of defence“ between them and the carriers.

Since 2008 the recruitment consultancy has worked together with mitcaps. To keep a “state of the art” network infrastructure, it is crucial for Michael Page to have a flexible network solution. The flat structures of mitcaps and its focus on solutions offer this certainty. The last two years of experience and additional cost optimization have confirmed the decision of Christian Trein, Regional IT Director Central & Eastern Europe of Michael Page. “Our daily business with the carriers was uncomfortable difficult, time and therefore cost intensive” he says, “In our day-to-day business, there are still critical moments with the carriers but today knowing to have mitcaps as “first line of defence” gives us a different feeling.”
Together with the IT of Michael Page the German service provider is managing his virtual private network. The wide area Ethernet-VPN ensures a secure and performing connection between the 17 European sites and the central office in Dusseldorf. The VPN solution enables a parallel use of applications like ERP or convergent communication services. mitcaps is supporting the recruitment consultancy on a worldwide basis regarding the network, operations, process optimization and contract management.
