The 2011 Kia Optima lands at Wenatchee Kia this fall
Press release from: Wenatchee Kia
The all-new 2011 Kia Optima has just arrived at Wenatchee Kia, a leading Kia dealer in Washington state. This new model marks the third generation of Kia's midsize sedan, which is longer, lower, wider, and as radical a redesign as its looks suggest.
The Optima returns with more interior space for all passengers, along with a new, more dramatically styled dashboard. More standard features abound, such as a power driver's seat, chilled glovebox, and a stereo with Aux & USB jacks and XM radio, while higher-end models add features like hands-free entertainment and communications, rear-view camera, and push-button starting with SmartKey.
Under the hood stands a new, direct-fuel-injected 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine with 200 horsepower, putting the Optima at the top of the 4-cylinder class. Fuel economy, likewise, stands at a lofty 24 MPG city, 35 highway with the new 6-speed automatic. The Optima's second new engine is an optional turbocharged 4-cylinder, which achieves 274 horsepower while delivering higher EPA fuel economy than any V6-powered competitor. Moreover, a fuel-sipping third option arrives next year in the form of the Kia Optima Hybrid.
The Optima comes in three trim lines -- LX, upscale EX, and sporty SX, with the latter featuring HID headlights, a unique grille and spoiler, and black 18-inch wheels. A full roster of safety equipment includes six airbags, active front headrests, and stability control. Kia's industry-leading 10-year powertrain warranty is still part of the deal.
The 2011 Kia Optima is readily available at Wenatchee Kia, a premier Kia dealer in central Washington.
