He has tried more than 50 civil and criminal cases to a jury. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and an advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Carter has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
