Deep Red Stand for AMSeafoods Wows Visitors at 2010 Asian Seafood Exposition
Press release from: Deep Red Creative Consultants Ltd
PR Agency: Deep Red Creative Consultants Ltd
When AM Seafoods decided to exhibit at the Asian Seafood Exposition in Hong Kong, they approached Deep Red Creative Consultants to ensure their stand and presence at the show was the best it could be.
The Exposition is the largest of its kind in Asia and attracts both suppliers and buyers from some of the largest wholesalers, retailers and world renowned hoteliers in the far east.
AMSeafoods currently supply to customers in the UK and also export to Europe on a large scale. Their exports to the far east are on a much smaller scale, so it was important that they engaged with the Asian audience in a credible and professional manner both at the show and afterwards in follow-up communications. Deep Red created an exhibition stand with a video presentation and brochure to use during the show and a brand new micro-site written in traditional Chinese to further bolster credibility for visitors for post-show activity.
Before beginning work on the project the Creative Team carried out on-site visits to gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the client’s business which enabled Deep Red to create marketing collateral that truly enhanced the client’s reputation. Dedicated photography was taken on boats at sea, harvesting shellfish and at AM’s main processing plant in Fleetwood, on the north-west coast of Britain.
The marketing collateral used during the show was produced in both English and traditional Chinese to reflect the multi-national nature of delegates and visitors from many different countries. The stand itself was eye-catching, with bright, oversized images of seafood products that exquisitely showed the quality and appeal of the ranges of brown crab, scallops and whelks being promoted at the event.
To engage with visitors following the show, Deep Red designed and produced a dedicated Asian micro-website that blended with the look and feel of the show materials. This time, the language used was wholly in traditional Chinese to further continue the dedicated link between the client and their far east customers.
AMSeafoods had an extremely successful show. After having some very positive meetings on the stand during the show, the team came back to the UK with a good selection of potential customers for follow-ups and product sampling.
Deep Red will continue raising the standards of marketing and promotional materials on behalf of AMSeafoods following their successes in Hong Kong.
Ends
