His research includes analyses of the impact of regulatory developments on IT, compliance technologies, corporate governance, Enterprise and IT Risk Management, and Knowledge Management. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Caldwell was the director of knowledge services in a global consulting practice, where he worked with strategic clients, including the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense.
