Law enforcement professionals will be equipped with all the technical hands-on skills and the practical knowledge to enter the social media world with confidence, or to polish up their own techniques through peer and interpersonal technology interaction.

“Given the success of the inaugural SMILE Conference and broad international support, this follow-on event will further reinforce the need for departments to proactively take the lead in their community efforts. The conference is unique in its ability to bring together a widely respected gathering of law enforcement professionals,” stated conference organizer, Lauri Stevens.
