(openPR) - Berlin, 16 September 2010 - PSI subsidiary PSI Logistics GmbH has been contracted by the Russian shoe retailer ECCO-ROS, the exclusive distribution partner of ECCO Sko, with the delivery of the warehouse management system PSIwms for the Moscow site.

In the first project phase, the existing manual distribution center will first of all be equipped with PSIwms. The software will take over the administration of the warehouse as well as the distribution and delivery for the more than 100 ECCO shops throughout Russia.

In the second phase, the warehouse management system will control the distribution center with an automatic high-rack warehouse that is currently under construction. The warehouse is planned for 38,000 palette places with 9 aisles and double-depth storage.
