(openPR) - On September 16, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Real Estate Professional Educational Series will continue at Westbury Manor, located at 1100 Jericho Turnpike in Westbury. The event is being sponsored by Charles Rutenberg Realty and participating vendors.
Special guest speakers include Mike McHugh, President, Continental Home Loans, and Debra Asher, a renowned Real Estate trainer and Co-Founder, ProCalibre Associates Inc. Ms. Asher has been a guest speaker at previous Charles Rutenberg Realty events.
This seminar is open to all licensed Real Estate professionals. Agents in attendance will get the chance to learn from a distinguished panel of leaders in the Real Estate industry and will receive four Continuing Education Credits upon completion of the course. The program will cover the following topics:

● Current Market Conditions — regarding short sales, foreclosures and mortgages
