(openPR) - At the special show dedicated to “Sustainable production and packing” during the FackPack exhibition in Nurnberg, the Swiss conveyor specialist Montech will present its range of modular belt conveyors at stand 4-227 in hall 4.
The Montech conveyors are based on a modular concept with ready-to-use standard components. Thanks to their modularity, the conveyors can be assembled in variable configurations, extended or shortened with a simple and cost-effective approach. In case of subsequent modifications, the conveyors can thus be adapted to new operating conditions and requirements very easily, avoiding purchasing a new conveyor.
“Thanks to their modularity, the conveyors can be adapted to the specific requirements of each customer and incorporated into complex plants or machinery,” says Gianluca Aloisi, Sales Manager. The Montech conveyors are particularly suitable for installations on production machinery in different industries and, for instance, find application in packaging equipment, automated assembling systems, machine tools and production plants.
The conveyors have standard widths included between 45 and 800 mm, while their length can be selected freely up to 15 meter length in one millimeter steps. The conveyors can carry weights up to 125 kg.
Multitrack conveyor
To carry parts up to 120 kg, at FachPack Montech will show a multitrack conveyor with belts or toothed belts. The conveyor is available with three different drives with spur gear motor. According to the selected drive, there are different options for acceleration, delay, belt speed and positioning. The smooth and delicate handling of parts is guaranteed by accurate acceleration and braking curves.
Easy transport with Basic conveyor
If you are looking for a belt conveyor without control for simple applications, the Basic model by Montech is the right solution. The Basic conveyor delivers all essential functions without expensive accessories. The conveyor can run at five different speeds and, optionally, it is available in single- and dual-belt versions. The Basic conveyor is available with drives installed at the end or in the middle, and frame widths between 45 and 800 mm; they can carry loads up to 40 kg.
