Strategic acquisition Nscglobal in IT Networking
Nscglobal has acquired PING (Professional Inter-Networking Group, LLC), a US network integrator and managed services provider based in New York. The UK headquartered Nscglobal is executing a buy and build strategy. Previous acquisitions have taken place in Spain and Germany. Corporate Finance in Europe has acted as M&A advisor in this and previous acquisitions.“The acquisition of PING is a positive step in Nscglobal's strategy to provide services to a focused group of world-class organizations and expanding the business globally to meet their needs,” comments Yaseen Khan, Nscglobal’s CEO.
