Dormagen, Germany. – August 8, 2010: ITSTH present the new version 4.04 of the Outlook add-in ReplyButler which features support for the plentyMarket shop system.

ReplyButler makes it easier to answer e-mails faster by inserting a pre-written addressing phrase and supporting to usage text phrases directly in Microsoft Outlook. For web shop owners, the new version can now automatically query information from the website via http/xml. The resulting information about customer name and number, most recent order and tracking number is automatically displayed for every e-mail allowing a fast and accurate answer.

The same information from the shop or CRM system is also available in text modules. Such a boilerplate text may not only paste an explanation into the e-mail answer, but also the corresponding tracking number (now also for GLS) of the customer’s package.

ReplyButler supports Windows 7/Vista/2003/XP/2000/NT and Outlook 2010/2007/2003/2002/2000 and costs only $15 for a Home Edition license and $49 for a Business Edition.
