As part of the program, Independence University forms symbiotic alliances in the employment and educational sector. The partnership allows the employers to access a talented pool of job-ready graduates to fill key positions in their organization.

Employers are also able to use the alliance to their benefit by training and developing their staff through Independence University’s coveted courses.

Independence University also has educational partners to provide the necessary industry exposure and training to its students. In exchange for that, the university offers its educational partners an opportunity to enroll their staff in courses and degrees that award college credit.

The university has established a relationship program specifically for its educational partners in the healthcare sector. Termed the Clinical Partner Benefits Program, it has been designed to offer their clinical affiliates benefits like access to their high quality degree programs, custom courses and training material.

The university currently has an educational alliance with over 500 hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. As a reward for the hands-on clinical instruction and externships they provide to Independence University students, the university offers these healthcare units a chance to participate in educational grants and lower tuition costs.

They can also access complimentary Continuing Education Units (CEUs) needed for some of their licensed staff to retain their license. Their staff is offered temporary faculty positions at the university.
