(openPR) - IconsBerlin, a design branch of the mobile marketing company Haase & Martin, offers a collection of over 480 designed icons for iPhone apps. With iconsBerlin Developers may choose the right icons for their app navigation from a large assortment. The icons are assigned to the following 19 official categories given by iTunes, which are: (1) Books, (2) Business, (3) Education, (4) Finance, (5) Games, (6) Healthcare & Fitness, (7) Lifestyle, (8) Medical, (9) Music, (10) Navigation, (11) News, (12) Photography, (13) Productivity, (14) Reference, (15) Social Networking, (16) Sports, (17) Travel, (18) Utilities and (19) Weather. Each category holds specialized tab bar icons supporting significant functions within apps.

Further on iconsBerlin web page developers may create their own icons for free. Therefore iconsBerlin launched a free icon editor some month ago. Since the icon editor has been published, over 900 different icons have been created by app developers. All these individually designed icons will be integrated within the collection next time to make them accessible to anyone. IconsBerlin's icon collection will then cover over 1,400 tab bar icons for iPhone apps.
