SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 15 - TechTeam Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services (techteam.com/services), announced today that it has expanded its service responsibilities with an existing client, adding service desk support and personnel to manage several of the client's ITIL processes.

TechTeam has delivered security administration and access management services for the client, a Fortune 500 global manufacturer, since 2007. With the addition of service desk support, TechTeam now manages more than 12,000 service requests and incidents per month via e-mail, web and phone in support of approximately 28,000 of the client's end users across the globe. Beyond the service desk, TechTeam also now provides personnel to support change, problem, event, and asset and configuration management.
