The integration of Conigma CCM with IMS, the Siemens helpdesk solution, results in a complete, highly automated and efficient incident-, change-, release and transport management environment for the SAP system landscapes of Siemens Ltda.

Significantly higher quality and faster implementation of changes combined with more transparency and lower IT costs as well as fulfilling the strict compliance requirements have been the main requirements regarding SAP change management of Siemens Brazil.
