RETIREMENT HOME HOSTS BABY SHOWER

(openPR) - SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill. (Tuesday, June 22, 2010) – For the second time in the past four years, the grandmothers at Holland Home Christian Retirement Community are hosting a baby shower. This year’s blessed event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 22, at 1:30pm. The shower will benefit new mothers at South Holland’s branch of P.A.S.S. — Pregnancy Aid for the South Suburbs. The public is invited to join the party as well.
Shower attenders are asked to bring typical baby gifts, which will be donated to P.A.S.S. and shared with the clients who use their services. For specific gift ideas, visit the Events tab on Holland Home’s Facebook page.
“This is such a fun opportunity for us,” says Deana Wilson, Community Manager at Holland Home. “Our residents love having an opportunity to give back, to bless someone else. They understand how important it is to have a support system in place before a new baby comes into the world.”
