Press release from: CYBERPLAT.COM
PR Agency: Independent
(openPR) - Clients of the Megapage Company can now use the CyberPlat® electronic payment system.

The Megapage Company welcomes the opportunity to offer new service payment opportunities to its clients.
On November 14, 2006, CyberPlat® – the leading Russian payment system – began accepting subscriber payments for the services of the AutoLocator satellite and radio anti-theft alarm system, as well as Internet location. Successful test payments, executed through ION Digital Center, manifested the efficiency and accessibility of this type of financial settlements.

Currently, 44 ION outlets including those situated in Moscow’s largest trading centers – GUM, Ashan, Red Whale, Gorbushkin Dvor – are prepared for payment acceptance from AutoLocator’s clients. To execute payments, the users of the AutoLocator security alarm and search system only need to know their registration ID. The safety of transactions is guaranteed by the utilization of the parties’ digital signatures.

Elena Averianov, Megapage Finance Director, commented on the event: “The Company will continue improving its customer services. Soon, we will begin accepting payments in cellular phone stores – DIXIS, Svyaznoy, Euroset – and at BP petrol stations.”

The Executive Director of CYBERPLAT.COM, Vladimir Kuznetsov, remarked: “Now, clients can make payments not only for mobile and wire-line communication, digital television and the Internet, housing and communal services, but for anti-theft alarm systems as well. CyberPlat® continues expanding its product line and assortment of services, perfecting its operation in its constant pursuit of meeting the highest contemporary market standards.”

At present, the service is available only to Moscow and the region residents; but in the nearest future, citizens of all Russian territories will be able to take advantage of the CyberPlat® system for paying AutoLocator subscriber fees. The unique AutoLocator security alarm and search systems operate throughout the whole territory of Russia, CIS, the Baltic states, and Europe.

The CyberPlat® System was created as an internal division of Platina Bank in 1997.

August 1998 became a landmark in Russia's electronic commerce - the CyberPlat® system conducted the first top-up transaction to refill a cellular communication subscriber account. The first cellular communication operator was OJSC Vimpel-Communications (Beeline trade mark).

Intensive development of the electronic commerce market led to the change in organizational and commercial approaches to the development of the CyberPlat® system: in the year 2000, there was created OJSC "CYBERPLAT.COM" with headquarter in Moscow.

At present, OJSC CYBERPLAT.COM is one of the leading Russian Internet companies providing infrastructural services for electronic commerce, focused on payment processing and secure online document interchange.

The Company's product is a broad-based integrated multi-banking payment system –CyberPlat® – which has been used for over 8 years by a number of leading software developers as a standard element of Internet shopping, as well as an Internet payment tool.
