Russell Bedford International, the worldwide audit and accounting network, has announced the appointment of Appraisal Consultations Audit LLC as its correspondent in Kaliningrad.

Appraisal Consultations Audit LLC (OK Audit) is an accounting, audit, tax and consulting practice established in 2002 in Kaliningrad – the geographically separate Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea, located between Lithuania and Poland.

The firm is licensed in accordance with regulations on auditing and appraisal services. It is a member of the Russian Audit Chamber, the Russian Society of Appraisers, the Kaliningrad Association of Appraisers, the Kaliningrad Association of Auditors and the Kaliningrad Association of Advisers.

The firm is subject to a regular quality control review by the Russian Audit Chamber.

Accounting, audit and tax consulting services are the firm’s primary focus, with business and real estate asset appraisal also representing a significant proportion of its work.

Vladislav Grinko has some 15 years of professional experience. He is a Certified Appraiser and a member of the Russian Society of Appraisers. He has a diploma from the Higher School of Privatisation and Business.

Mikhail Balankuk is a Certified Auditor with 12 years of professional experience. He has diplomas from the Kaliningrad State Technical University and from the Kaliningrad Legal Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
