The systems can be purchased as turn-key solutions — with Bright Cluster Manager pre-installed — from a rapidly growing network of Cray resellers, including Ace Computers, James River Technical, Padova Technologies, Scalable Informatics and SICORP in the USA, and ClusterVision in Europe.

Bright Cluster Manager was designed to make high-performance compute (HPC) clusters extremely easy to use. Its intuitive graphical user interface offers access to all cluster management functionality, without the need to use the Linux command line. An additional benefit for Cray CX1 and Cray CX1000 customers is Bright Cluster Manager's built-in support for GPU computing, including GPU drivers, CUDA & OpenCL libraries and GPU monitoring and management capability.
