Berlin, 04-09-2010. The time-o-rama.com community provides a free homepage with ample web space to bands and musicians to upload their music. Originally launched as a photo and city history community, the portal has been expanded to include many new types of data. Now, members can simply manage uploaded mp3 files and arrange them in albums. Mp3s can also be played back directly on site with an integrated player.
Bands and musicians can register with time-o-rama.com free of charge and present their music as well as photos of the band members or concerts, posters, flyers and lots of other information as downloads. Thereby, bands become part of their city's history, will be mentioned on several time-o-rama.com pages and can network with other members, fans, etc. time-o-rama.com offers 1000 MB of online space for each band.
Concerts and other important developments of the band can be entered into an interactive timeline to make the band's history visible. Mp3s, images and other files as well as a description can be assigned to each entry. With this feature gigs become unforgetable experiences bands can use to promote themselves and their music. Fans can use time-o-rama.com to stay in contact with their band, free of charge. Events and images entered by the band will automatically appear on a fan page. That way, fans will stay up to date on the latest developments.
time-o-rama.com displays all events such as concerts linked to a certain address on an additional page. Therefore, bands do not only appear on their free band homepages but also on event pages and address pages the event was linked to. This offers bands and musicians a perfect opportunity to present themselves in an established community, free of charge.

time-o-rama.com gathers stories and photos of then & now. Everyone can contribute her own experiences and photos of her life or chronicle to the collection and read about and see what happened in a certain house at a certain time. If other users have already uploaded photos with an address relating to an event a user is recording, she can use these photos to illustrate her time-o-rama or chronicle.
